Harold “Harry” Borak is President of Valley Insurance Service, located in Covina. He is the past president of the Covina Chamber of Commerce, the Covina Rotary, and the El Monte Chamber of Commerce. Currently he serves on the foundation board of Citrus Valley Health Partners and has been honored as “Citizen of the Year” by the cities of Covina and El Monte. |
