An is a doctor of acupuncture who has lived in Diamond Bar for nearly 20 years. He holds an MBA from CSU, and a degree in agricultural economics from the National Taiwan University. Currently, he is a board member for the Walnut Unified School District. He is a founding member of the Walnut Chinese American Association and the Chinese American Parent Association. He has been a board member for the Walnut Sister City program since 1990. |
