The Mt. San Antonio College Astronomy Department awards the Kepler Scholarships
annually to outstanding students who have achieved academically, completed
astronomy coursework and/or contributed toward the advancement of the college’s
Astronomy Program. The Kepler Scholarship Program is funded through contributions
made by donors and from the proceeds of an annual fundraising dinner featuring
a keynote presentation by an expert from the field of astronomy or space

Mountie Carlo Night

This signature event in association with the Mt. SAC Alumni Association and the Classified Senate is a fun way for the College to reconnect with its alumni at an evening of fun, food, Las Vegas-style games, a great silent auction, and an opportunity to win great raffle prizes. Guests enjoy a New Orleans-style Mardi Gras setting as they renew acquaintances and make new friends.

March 19 – 27, 2011
You’re invited to participate in “A Day in the Life of Mt. SAC” Digital
Photo Contest on the Mt. San Antonio College campus in Walnut. From March
19 through March 27, 2011, hundreds of digital photos will be taken across
our sprawling, 400 acre campus with Mt. Baldy (Mt. San Antonio) as the backdrop.
Mt. SAC's campus is a photo enthusiast’s dream with architecture and
landscape dating from the 1940s.

The Corporate, Club, Charity, Community Relay
April 2011 - Mt. SAC Relays
The Mt. SAC Relays is the largest high school, college/university, and elite/Olympic athlete track and field event in the USA with more than 12,000 world-class athletes participating. A new event this year is the 4C Relay: The Corporate, Club, Charity and Community 4x800 Relay. Held mid-day during the prime event time The 4C Relay is a way for alumni athletes to relive their running days at Mt. SAC, to show corporate spirit, to engage running clubs in a world-class event, or just grab some friends for fun and sign up as a community team of four, all to raise money for charity. Each team entered will run a four person relay race, each person running 2 laps on the world famous Mt. SAC Hilmer Lodge Stadium track.
