Bio

Ahm Qutubuddin is a Practicing Bio-Medical Engineer. He graduated from Cal State Los Angeles with a BSEE in Electrical Engineering in 1979 and from Cal Poly Pomona University with a Masters in Engineering in 1985. Before becoming a Bio Medical engineer, he worked at various aerospace engineering firms as electrical and computer engineers.

Following graduation from Engineering School with an MS in 1985, Ahm joined many engineering corporations where he eventually became a Senior Principal Engineer. While there, he accomplished many different projects. His biggest success was in Design control and Risk Management of medical devices in regulated industries.

In addition to serving as a board member of the Mt. SAC Foundation, Ahm is a Director of the Bangladesh American Charity Organization (BACHO). In working with BACHAO he has visited many places in Bangladesh where BACHAO has donated funds to promote welfare of marginal population of the have not’s. He continuously seeks fund raising opportunities for Mount Sac and BACHAO. He also Supports Scholarships at Mount Sac, Pasadena City College, and Fullerton College. In addition to the college scholarship, he is helping a few families to cope up with the pain of poverty.
